Trademark infringement, false advertising. Plaintiff claims the defendants have engaged in false labeling and advertising of certain of its bandage products as “latex-free”. Defendants have also allegedly engaged in trademark infringement by using a mark that is confusingly similar to the plaintiff’s “Give Blood” mark.
