Apple Inc. has sued Alivecor, Inc. in the Northern District of California, alleging that Alivecor’s Kardia Mobile, KardiaCare, and Kardia Pro lines of products related to portable ECG technology infringes U.S. Patent Nos. 10,076,257 (entitled “Seamlessly embedded heart rate monitor”), 10,270,898 (entitled “Wellness aggregator”), 10,568,533 (entitled “User interfaces for health monitoring”), and 10,866,619 (entitled “Electronic device having sealed button biometric sensing system”).
