September 16, 2014 – Catheter Connections and Clinical Technology (“Plaintiffs”) filed a complaint for declaratory judgment against Ivera Medical seeking a judgment that Ivera’s U.S. Patent No. 8,834,650 (“the ‘650 Patent”) is invalid and that Plaintiffs do not infringe the ‘650 Patent.
