January 13, 2015 – LD Technology filed suit against Impeto Medical seeking declaratory judgments that its SudoPath device does not infringe U.S. Patent Nos. 8,655,443 and 8,918,170 and that its SUDOPATH trademark does not infringe Impeto’s SUDOSCAN mark. The complaint also alleges that Impeto Medical has unfairly competed with LD Technology.
