Natera, Inc. f/k/a Gene Security Network v. CareDx, Inc. (New Lawsuit Alert)

Natera, Inc. (formally known as Gene Security Network) has sued CareDx, Inc. in the District of Delaware, alleging that CareDx’s AlloSure, AlloSeq, KidneyCare, HeartCare, and other products measuring DNA from a first individual in a biological sample of a second individual infringe U.S. Patent No. 11,111,544 (entitled “System and method for cleaning noisy genetic data and determining chromosome copy number”).
