September 19, 2013 – The parties stipulated to dismiss all claims and counterclaims against each other in this action.

June 26, 2013 – Neurowave Medical Technologies allegest that Defendants’ Comfort Quest Morning Sickness Relief device and the Comfort Quest Anti Motion Sickness Band infringe U.S. Patent Nos. 6,076,018; 6,567,695; and 7,127,288.

The ‘018 patent is entitled “Method and Apparatus for Low Power Regulated Output in Battery Powered Electrotherapy Devices,” the ‘695 patent is entitled “Electro-Acupuncture Device with Stimulation Electrode Assembly,” and the ‘288 patent is entitled “Methoad and Apparaust for Low Power, Regulated Output in Battery Powered Electrotherapy Devices.”
