Declaratory judgment and intentional interference with a business relationship lawsuit. The plaintiffs developed a spinal fusion product, but the defendants claim this device infringes on their patent spinal product, which the plaintiffs deny. The defendants have harassed the plaintiffs over their new product and they have gone so far as to threaten hospitals, surgeons, suppliers and others with lawsuits if hey buy the plaintiffs’ product.
