Personalis, Inc. v. Foresight Diagnostics Inc. (New Lawsuit Alert)

Personalis, Inc. has sued Foresight Diagnostics Inc. in the District of Colorado, alleging that Forensic Diagnostic’s liquid biopsy assay for the detection and quantification of minimal residual disease for those with solid tumors infringes U.S. Patent Nos. 10,450,611, (entitled “Personalized genetic testing”), 11,299,783 (entitled “Methods and systems for genetic analysis”), and  11,384,394 (entitled “Methods and systems for genetic analysis”).
