Sage Products, Inc v. Skil-Care Corporation

Patent and trade dress infringement action. Defendant allegedly made and sold the Super Soft Heel Protector–and, through a third party, the Medi-Choice Pressure Relieving Heel Protector–which potentially infringes Sage’s patent, “Heel Ulcer Prevention and Cushioning Boot.” It also allegedly used Sage’s protective boot trade dress without authorization.
