Therabody, Inc. has sued DJO LLC (d/b/a Compex) in the Central District of California, alleging that Compex’s Fixx 2.0 percussive massage device infringes U.S. Patent Nos. 10857,064 (entitled “Percussive Therapy Device”) and 10,918,565 (entitled “Percussive Massage Device and Method of Use”).  In additional, Therabody also accuses several of Compex’s massage device head attachments of infringing U.S. Design Patent Nos. D845,500, D849,261, D850,640, D859,680, and D861,182 (all entitled “Massage Element”).  Therabody also asserts federal false designation of origin, unfair competition, and unfair business practices claims.
