California’s history as a spawning ground for start-up medical device and instrumentation companies has resulted in the firm’s significant experience at all stages of development: from the “garage” prototype through venture capital or other financing to the established, publicly-held corporations. Geographically, the firm’s experience includes practice throughout the United States and, through our close relationships with foreign counsel, in essentially every country throughout the world having a patent law or equivalent system.
