The Recorder Names Knobbe Martens Partner Joseph Re a “Game Changer” at 2015 “Litigation Department of the Year” Awards
Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear LLP, is pleased to announce that The Recorder has recognized partner Joseph Re as a “Game Changer” for his work obtaining a critical appellate reversal on behalf of client AccessClosure Inc. In the process, Re not only helped to make new law on double-patenting, he also helped AccessClosure’s investors sell the company for $320 million. Re was one of only six law firm attorneys given an honorary distinction in conjunction with the publication’s annual 2015 “Litigation Department of the Year” awards, marking the first time it has singled out individual litigators. Re was presented with the award at The Recorder’s April 27th awards reception in San Francisco.
The Recorder’s “Litigation Department of the Year” awards also recognized Knobbe Martens for having one of the top two Intellectual Property practices in California. You can learn more about this honor here.
