BTL Industries, Inc. v. JV Medical Supplies, Inc. (New Lawsuit Alert)

BTL Industries, Inc. has sued JV Medical Supplies, Inc. in the Southern District of Indiana, alleging that JV Medical Supplies’ allegedly counterfeit BTL EMSCULPT System for non-invasive aesthetic muscle toning infringes U.S. Patent Nos. 10,478,634 (entitled “Aesthetic method of biological structure treatment by magnetic field), 10,695,575 (entitled “Aesthetic method of biological structure treatment by magnetic field”), 10,695,576 (entitled “Aesthetic method of biological structure treatment by magnetic field”), 11,266,852 (entitled “Aesthetic method of biological structure treatment by magnetic field”), and D874,009 (entitled “Medical device”). BTL’s complaint also included allegations of trademark infringement against JV.
