CTPrimes, LLC has sued Philips Nuclear Medicine, Inc. and other associated Philips entities in the Western District of Texas, alleging that certain Philips’ imaging systems, such as the IQon system, infringe U.S. Patent Nos. 8,238,513 (entitled “Imaging system and method utilizing primary radiation”), 8,553,831 (entitled “Imaging system and method using primary and scattered radiations”), and 9,226,722 (entitled “Medical imaging system and method with separate primary and scattered components”).
