Gentag, Inc. and Altivera, LLC have sued Abbott Laboratories, Inc. in the Northern District of Illinois, alleging that Abbott’s FreeStyle Libre glucose monitoring products infringe U.S. Patent No. 7969307 (entitled “Diagnostic radio frequency identification sensors and applications thereof”).
