Anholt Technologies, Inc. and Qfix Systems, LLC have sued Klarity Medical Products, LLC in the District of Delaware, alleging that Klarity’s SRS Masks employing the Simple Shim System infringe U.S. Patent No. 11,364,088 (entitled “Adjustable immobilizer apparatus and method for immobilizing a patient”).
