Jessica practices intellectual property law, focusing on U.S. and international patent portfolio management, IP due diligence, licensing strategies, and competitive landscape analysis in the medical device and biotechnology sectors. Her expertise spans a wide range of cutting-edge technologies, including wound care devices, orthopedic surgical devices, ophthalmic technologies, and other advanced medical device innovations.

Before pursuing a career in law, Jessica honed her technical expertise in research and development at Rules-Based Medicine, Inc., where she contributed to the advancement of biomarker testing development. This strong scientific foundation enables her to effectively bridge the gap between complex technical innovations and their legal protection.

With her deep understanding of both the legal and technical aspects of intellectual property, Jessica is dedicated to helping her clients navigate the complexities of innovation and ensure their technologies are protected in a competitive global market.
