Baiyu Zhu

Baiyu Zhu’s practice focuses on litigation, primarily relating to the software & information technology industry.

Baiyu graduated from The George Washington University Law School in 2023. He was a staff editor for the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal. He also externed for Judge Rufe at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Judge Zic at the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland.

Baiyu graduated from University of Southern California in 2020 with a B.S. in Computer Science/Business Administration. At USC, Baiyu was an undergraduate research assistant in the Security and Political Economy (SPEC) Lab, conducting data analysis for research projects related to climate change, security, and economic development.

Baiyu joined the firm in 2023 as an associate.
