Emily G. Mouser is an associate in the firm’s San Diego office, where she focuses her practice on patent litigation and prosecution, particularly in the medical device and mechanical fields.
Emily earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering, with a minor in Biology, graduating cum laude from Saint Louis University. She received her J.D. from Baylor Law School, where she distinguished herself through active participation in mock trial and moot court competitions and served as an officer of the Baylor Law Moot Court Society.
During law school, Emily gained valuable judicial experience through externships with the Honorable Alan D Albright in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, the Honorable John R. Roach Jr. in the 296th Judicial District Court for the State of Texas, and Justice Matt Johnson in the 10th Court of Appeals for the State of Texas.
Emily worked as a summer associate at the firm in 2023 and joined the firm in 2024.
