Jacob S. Etling

Jacob Etling’s practice focuses on patent-related matters in multiple areas of technology, including software.

Jacob graduated from Pennsylvania State University, receiving a bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, with minors in Economics and Cybersecurity Computational Foundations.

Jacob received his J.D. from The University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he graduated cum laude. While at the University of Florida, Jacob was a member of the Journal of Technology Law & Policy and interned for the Honorable Jeffery A. Deller of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Jacob worked as a summer associate at the firm in 2023 and joined the firm in 2024.
