Nyja’s practice focuses on pre-litigation strategy and intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on trade secrets, patents, and trademarks.
Nyja graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She was a research assistant for the University’s Director of the Intellectual Property Law Program. Nyja also interned with several different organizations focusing on intellectual property law and environmental law.
Nyja received her bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Arizona State University, where she assisted with research and stochastic modeling for Typhoid, HIV, and Malaria.
