Oren J. Rosenberg

Oren Rosenberg is an associate in the firm’s Orange County office, assisting clients in a variety of intellectual property areas, with a focus on litigation.

Oren received his J.D. from Santa Clara University, School of Law, where he completed the requirements to receive the school’s innovative Tech Edge J.D. Certificate. Oren’s Tech Edge J.D. Certificate recognizes his demonstrated skillset to understand and assist clients with their business and technology challenges. At Santa Clara University, Oren served as the Managing Editor of the High Technology Law Journal and Co-President of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association. He also engaged in pro bono work assisting early-stage entrepreneurs with transactions crucial to startup companies in the university’s Entrepreneurs’ Law Clinic.

Oren earned his Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering, cum laude, with an emphasis on Neural Engineering at the University of Minnesota. During his studies, Oren conducted research at the university’s renowned Center for Magnetic Resonance Research leveraging high-field magnetic resonance imaging to improve Deep Brain Stimulation treatments for neurological disorders, such as Parkinson’s Disease, Essential Tremor, and Dystonia.

Oren was a summer associate in 2023 and joined Knobbe as an associate in 2024.
