Spencer R. Carter

Spencer is an associate in the firm’s Orange County office. Spencer focuses his practice on patent prosecution.

Spencer earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University. During his time in college, Spencer interned at Intel Corporation and was also involved in control theory research of unmanned aerial vehicles.

Spencer earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law where he was involved with the IP Law Association and participated in the Startup Legal Garage Clinic.

Spencer worked as a summer associate at the firm in 2018 and 2019 and joined the firm in 2020.
