Stacy Rush practices patent litigation in the firm’s New York office. Her technical background is in Systems Engineering and Biology. She has worked in labs at Harvard University, York University and the University Health Network in Toronto, Canada and published numerous papers based on her research. Stacy also has prior experience in patent prosecution as a patent agent in both the United States and Canada. She is the author of the Canadian Patent Agent Exam Study Guide.
